Part of life is recognizing that we all have imperfections and we cant get rid of them without help. God wants to shape us, mold us, and carve us into something more grand than we can imagine. In order to do that, we have to let him chip away our rough edges and smooth out our rough spots. It may not always be easy, but if we never experience the wind and the rain, the hot or the cold, or the snow or the hail, we would never learn, change, or become something new.
